Setting down new roots in 2023…

Midway through the pandemic, my family and I made the decision to leave Texas and move to the Appalachian Mountains of north Georgia. As we approach the halfway point of 2023, we have settled on a new place to call home in the Athens, Georgia area, an hour from Atlanta and not much further from the mountains we’ve called home in the interim.

With this move, I’m looking forward with great anticipation to setting down new roots, and beginning to offer regular soundwork and breathwork again. I also plan to continue to have offerings in Texas, as the community connections I’ve built there remain deeply important to me.
